In January of this year, I was asked to create some fun tea party inspired invitations for a sweet girl named London Lake who turned one. I was so excited to start work on this invitation, especially since London is one of my favorite cities in the world as you will see on my Pinterest board Tea in London. Later this year, my friend Kristen will be celebrating her birthday there. It just so happens that her best friend is pregnant and is due around that time and wont be able to travel with her, so I am going in her place!!! Now it’s official because plane tickets have been purchased and we have started a Pinterest board Wanderlust London just for this trip! If anyone has some places to recommend, please let me know!

So where was I? Oh yes, London’s Lovely Tea party inspired first birthday.  I cut the paper in the shape of a tea bag, they were printed by hand on my print Gocco  with  what was left of my gold ink. I also made a cute banner for the cake topper, and other signs for the different teas. This is the most creative and stylish one year old birthday party that I have ever seen. I am so honored to have taken part in such a special party for a darling little girl!
